MQ Consulting offers Design-Build-Own-Operate-Maintain (DBOOM) services to our clients as a means to eliminate first costs associated with facility upgrades as well as mitigating the risks associated with design, construction and operations. We are ready and able work together with our clients to determine the best application for implementing capital construction projects.
As an option, the DBOOM package can include project financing to alleviate our clients from needing to obtain upfront capital to commence any project. This allows projects to be funded immediately and provides freedom to begin the development stage as soon as possible.
These services can be provided as a complete turnkey process or provided a la carte and our clients have the option of picking and choosing the portions of delivering a project to suit their needs.
